Nominate a Team
The school nomination process will be open from October 15, 2018 until December 20, 2018
Nominators will provide the names of at least one and up to eight potential team members (five team members and three alternates). Nominators can decide whether these students will form a “School Team” or be randomly assigned. Alternates will be randomly assigned if all five team members register.
Nominees submitted after December 1, 2018 have until December 31 to register.
The competition is open to master’s students only. Undergraduates may not apply nor be nominated.
If your school cannot field five participants, you can opt to fill out your team with randomly-assigned participants from other schools.
Once we receive your nominations, we will reach out to the students individually to confirm their attendance in the competition. Each student will have to fill out a separate registration form.
We advise nominators to consider a few alternates, as all nominated students may not be able to compete.
