Please find below pertinent information about the student networking session on February 22, travel, and lodging. 

IMPORTANT: please remember to bring your own laptop computers to the competition. You must have GOOGLE CHROME installed. This is the only browser compatible with the simulation. Tablets are NOT compatible with the simulation. 

February 22 Student Networking Event:

To be held on 6:00 PM February 22 at Sejong Convention Center (tentative)

Hotel Accommodations:

Sejong Convention Center, 66 Dasom 3-ro, Sejong-si (about fifteen minutes from the competition site)

  • Up to two nights (February 22 ~ 23) will be provided free of charge.
  • 22 rooms in twin-bed configuration are available for use at no cost to students.
  • Shuttle bus from to and from the Convention Center to the school on the day of the competition will be provided.

Alternative accommodations:

  • There are no suitable hotels in Sejong, the closest ones are in Daejeon, about half an hour drive from the school. However, there are numerous AirBnB options available within reasonable walking distance from the school, generally around $40 ~ $50 per room per night.

From Incheon Airport: Express Bus from Incheon Airport to Sejong Bus Terminal (140 minutes, $20), Metro Bus (20 minutes, $2) or Taxi (10 minutes, $10) from Sejong Terminal to KDI School. Note: There is no Uber or similar system in Korea.
